With intention and guided by passion, we invite travelers to share real, lived experiences from across Africa—stories that moved you, changed you, and stayed with you long after the journey ended.

This is not about perfect itineraries or promotional travel content. This is about human-written stories, personal moments, and meaningful encounters that shape how we see places and people.

What We’re Looking For in Your Travel Story

We are looking for true, first-hand African travel experiences, written by travelers—not brands, not marketers.

Your travel story must be:

• ✅ Human-written and authentic
• ✅ Based on your own lived experience (not something you heard, read, or were told)
• ✅ Focused on Africa only
• ✅ Rooted in reflection, emotion, culture, or transformation
• ✅ Accompanied by original photos from your trip

Whether it was a quiet moment in a village, a challenging journey, a powerful connection, or a life-shifting realization—we want stories that matter.

You do not need to have traveled with us.
You only need to have traveled with meaning.

Who Should (and Shouldn’t) Submit

This is for you if:

• You are a traveler who wants to shape the travel community through true and authentic experiences
• You enjoy sharing your travel experience with friends and family and want to take it further
• You’ve wondered how to share your travel experience with a wider audience
• You’re curious about where to get published as a traveler or emerging writer
• You’re open to featuring travel blogger–style storytelling, without commercial intent

Please do NOT submit if:

• You are a marketing professional
• You represent a travel brand, agency, or tourism business
• Your intent is promotional, sponsored, or SEO-driven

This space is for travelers—not pitches.

What You’ll Get When Your Story is Published

If your story is selected:

• 🌍 Your story will be featured free of charge
• ✍️ You’ll receive full credit as the author
• 👤 We’ll publish a short profile including your website or social media handle
• 📣 Your story becomes part of a growing library of African travel narratives

And if we feel your story deserves more than being featured, we’ll send you a $100 Thank You—no strings attached.

How to Submit Your Story Pitch

Start with a short draft, not a full article.

Your email should briefly include:

1. Country visited
2. The experience (what happened)
3. How it transformed you or changed your perspective
4. A note confirming you have original photos
