This package is tailored to meet your personal requests. It is made up by different activities like Gorilla Trekking while enjoying the company of the tranquil giant Apes in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Volcanoes National Park and in Virunga National Park; Cultural Tours in Uganda, DR Congo and in Rwanda to experience the Uniqueness of Africa in various cultures as well as a Game Drive Safari in Akagera National Park.

This tour can be customized to accommodate your need and it will start and end in Kigali with an itinerary like:

Day 1: Kigali- Akagera National Park


  • Meeting guests at Kigali International Airport and transfer to Akagera National Park
  • Half-day Game Drive Safari
  • Night Game Drive for 2.5 hours

Overnight at Akagera Game Lodge

Day 2: Akagera National Park- Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After Breakfast, we will be driven to Bwindi. Once in Bwindi, we will get some time for relaxing at the hotel before we go for a walk tour in the surroundings to experience the daily life of people living in this area.

The overnight will be at White Horse Inn.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

In the morning after breakfast, we will head to the Bwindi National Park Headquarters for the briefing by the ranger guides and we will be allocated groups of gorillas to visit.

The Gorilla Trekking through mountain forest on the slopes of virunga and this may take 1-4 hours. The maximum time to spend with the gorillas is one hour.

In the afternoon after lunch, we will visit the Buhoma Community for 3 hours for a walk tour to understand the living style of this community.

The overnight will be at White Horse Inn.

Day 4: Bwindi- Goma

After breakfast at 7:00 A.M, we will head to Goma in Congo with a stopover in Gisenyi for lunch. When we arrive in Goma (Congo), we will have a city night tour to experience the vibrant nightlife of Congolese people.

The overnight will be at Linda Hotel in Goma.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Virunga National Park

After Breakfast, we will be transferred to virunga National Park for the Gorilla trekking. This will take 4 hours.

After the trekking, we will drive back to Musanze at Iby’iwacu Cultural Village which is a community around the Volcanoes National Park to understand how ex-poachers became Gorilla Guardians and experience the reach culture of Rwanda.

The overnight will be at iby’iwacu Cultural Village.

Day 6: Rukari-Nyamata-Kigali

After breakfast, transfer to Nyanza King’s Palace which was the residence of King Mutara III Rudahirwa and the Royal Palace that was traditionally built. This Palace offers a detailed look into Rwandan traditional seat of their monarchy and is an impressive museum, restored to its 19th century state. It is made entirely with traditional materials.

We will drive back to Kigali and Go in Nyamata to visit Ntarama Catholic Church where 5000 people were killed during the 1994 Genocide and this site still contains the human clothing’s, remains and artifacts of the people killed in this place.

The overnight will be at Hotel Chez Lando

Day 7: Kigali City Tour

After breakfast, visiting the Gisozi Genocide Memorial after what we will visit the Kigali City, Kandt museum and the Presidential Palace museum.

After Lunch, Guests will propose their itinerary to the guide for an adventure tour.

The overnight will be at Hotel chez Lando.

Day 8: Nyamirambo Women Center and Airport Transfer

After Breakfast, we will visit the Nyamirambo Women Center for a community based tourism where we will understand how these women earn their livings and attend basket weaving, sewing or cooking classes with them. The tour will take 2 hours and we will share lunch with the women before we live the community.

The final stopover will be at Caplaki village to grab some souvenirs for family and friends back home.

In the afternoon, we will be transferred to the Airport and this will mark the end of our tour in Uganda, DR Congo and Rwanda.
