Day 1

Arrive Entebbe International Airport and transfer to the idyllic Boma or JC Hotel.Depending on your time of arrival you may choose to visit the city restaurants and beachside grilles. Dinner & overnight (1-1/2 hr drive)

Day 2 Ssese Islands Lake Victoria

Wake up at leisure to a hearty breakfast. Originally the state capital, the city still maintains its old colonial charm including the former State lodge, and World War monument, a memorial plaque at Kigungu landing site where the first catholic missionaries landed in 1879.  Visit the Botanical Gardens established in1890 with luxuriant trees monkeys and birdlife, the Wildlife Education Centre ,the golf club or  Entebbe sailing club. Cycling tours are available on advance request.

After lunch,check out and  depart for the   ferry crossing pier in Nakiwogo.  Proceed  by car  ferry to the Bugala Islands (3  hours). On arrival   pick up and transfer to the  Brovad Sands  resort. Dinner  and over night.

Day 3 Ssese  Islands Lake Victoria

Head for a guided  island drive to the fishing villages, forest  hiking, reach the summit of the forest where lies the ruins of  colonial station during  Stanley’s expeditionary mission  to The Source of the Nile., now shrouded in forest canopy.  Visit the oldest guest house on the island originally owned by MzeeAndroniko.  Other activities ,visit to the palm oil plantations, cycling, fishing, and boat rides. Depart for Lake Mburo National park via the Butogota ferry/Masaka  .Lunch enroute.Enter through Sanga gate, you pass varied landscape ;acacia woodland, rock kopjes and swamps. Check in at Rwakobo Rock for Dinner & overnight

Day 4

Early morning: After breakfast take a game drive ,boat ride or Birding walk: The open savannah grassland along the Zebra track is worth exploring with over 315 bird species. Of particular interest is the Red faced barbet. You may also choose to learn the Ankole culture and their distinct way of  life at the cultural centre with a chance to pick up a locally made gourd. After lunch,return to Kampala  at leisure via drum and fruit markets and the Equator stop arriving late afternoon . Check in Fairway Hotel Kampala  .Alternatively if you have a late flight , stay an extra night in Lake Mburo for Dinner & Overnight

Day 5

After breakfast at depending on your departure time,  visit the fruit and crafts markets , Kasubi tombs or simply experience downtown   before you  depart for  Entebbe airport to catch your onward flight.

Inclusive of all transportation, fuel, English speaking driver/guide, game drive, Accommodation on full board basis except in Kampala, park Entrance and ferry crossings, launch cruise, 1 carton of mineral water, nature walk in Ssese  .
